Salary: £35,775 OTE (base salary (£31,775) + projected gratuities)

Hours: Full‑time, 45 hours per week, including some weekends (Apply online only)

What You'll Be Doing

* Preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

* Supporting food production across deli counters, restaurant service, and delivery operations

* Assisting with bespoke menu creation for private events

* Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety

* Working closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service

* Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials

* Ensuring your section is fully prepared with strong mise en place

* Sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members

What You'll Bring

* Strong experience preparing seasonal dishes using fresh produce

* Excellent knife skills and a broad understanding of cooking techniques

* Ability to execute menus and present dishes to a consistently high standard

* Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP

* Experience with deli preparation or delivery services is a bonus

* Adaptability across multiple kitchen environments

* Clear communication skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure
