Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
Full training and support providedExperienced RecruitmentConsultant
£28,000-£29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
OTE: £31,000 – £34,000Senior Recruitment Consultant
Basic Salary: £32,500
Commission/OTE: £36,000 – £38,000
Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company carWhat’s on Offer:
• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year
• Dedicated in-house training and mentorship programmes
• Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification
