Working in our Bodyshop as a Smart Repairer you will be a key part of the Retail Centre.

What you’ll do day to day

* Preparing vehicles to a high standard.

* Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process.

* Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines.

* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.

* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Helpful skills and qualifications

Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Motor Industry experience is essential

* Happy to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
