An ambitious and growing civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Civils Project Manager to help drive and develop their presence across the South West region.
This is a key strategic hire for the business, offering the opportunity to play a leading role in regional growth, client development, and successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio of civils and infrastructure works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, while helping to strengthen existing client relationships and identify new opportunities across the region.
The Role
Lead the delivery of civil engineering projects safely, on time, and within budget
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the South West
Support regional business growth and work-winning activities
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
Monitor project programmes, commercial performance, and resource allocation
Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term regional expansion plansProject Types May Include

Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering
Strong background delivering infrastructure or groundworks projects
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and programmes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
