Yard Operative FLT

Aspired Talent are looking for Yard Operatives with FLT

We are currently recruiting for experienced Yard Operatives with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy waste management company. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced yard environment, supporting the movement, sorting and processing of waste and recyclable materials.
This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term work for the right candidates.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rates
£14.14 per hour
Overtime paid at £21.21 per hour ( after 40 hours worked )

Main Duties:
General yard operative duties within a busy waste management site
Loading and unloading vehicles
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard
Assisting with general site operations
Operating FLT equipment when required
Moving materials, pallets and containers safely around site
Carrying out daily checks on machinery and equipment
Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
Valid FLT licence/certificate (Counterbalance)
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, recycling or waste management environment desirable
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Good awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
