Full-Time
Are you a curious and flexible Engineer/Technician with a background in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering?
Would you like to build a career with a well-established scientific company in a varied role that combines workshop-based, office-based, and field-based activities?
If this sounds like you, please apply!
As part of a growing team, you would become a vital link between the field-based data capture teams and workshop-based technical systems teams.

Before equipment is deployed in the field, you will be involved in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), documenting results and resolving issues. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, coordinating repairs as needed.
Once ready, you will support mobilisation of survey equipment, including installation and mounting systems on site.
Projects are very customer focussed and you will communicate with customers as required during installation and commissioning activities, keeping them informed of progress and responding to requests in a timely fashion
About you:
You will have previous experience with electronic equipment, instrumentation, or technical systems including troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Any experience with survey equipment, sensors, or data acquisition systems in a field-based role would be highly advantageous.
You will have, strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.
Good communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential in this role.
You will be comfortable with extensive travel and working at client sites, and as such, you will need a full manual UK driving license
