About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative lessons that challenge and motivate pupils in Key Stage 2. You'll create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn. The role involves working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality education that promotes both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and equality.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
