We are seeking a highly organised Document Administrator to support large-scale infrastructure and expansion projects. The role will focus on managing, structuring, and maintaining technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and safety files within a controlled Common Data Environment.

You will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to collate, classify, and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems such as ProjectWise and Agility. Key responsibilities include preparing data for system uploads, maintaining document libraries, developing naming conventions, and supporting the migration of technical documents between platforms.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of technical information efficiently.

Key Requirement (Essential):
Candidates must have a solid understanding of technical/construction/engineering documentation and drawings, with the ability to confidently interpret and differentiate between key deliverables such as O&M manuals, supplier documentation, and technical specifications. This knowledge is critical to ensure accuracy and reduce reliance on internal technical clarification
