Job Title: CPCS Lift Supervisor (BBV Inducted) – HS2 Project

Rate: £25.00 per hour

Job Description:
Tradestech Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CPCS Lift Supervisor with a BBV Induction for ongoing works on a major HS2 infrastructure project based in Southam. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours on a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate lifting operations on site
Ensure all lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations
Liaise with crane operators, slingers, and site management
Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure compliance with lifting plans Requirements:

Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor ticket
BBV (Balfour Beatty Vinci) Induction – ESSENTIAL
Proven experience working as a Lift Supervisor
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to work as part of a team on a busy construction site What’s on Offer:
