About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced creative and driven Interiors/Kitchen Designer to join a growing, design-led business where your ideas, talent, and ambition will genuinely be valued.
You’ll work with clients on inspiring, high-quality kitchen and interior projects, guiding them from the first conversation through to final installation. This is a role for someone who loves design, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in interiors — not just sell kitchens.
You’ll have the freedom to create exciting, thoughtful designs, the support to develop your skills, and the platform to build a strong personal reputation with happy, returning clients. If you’re an interiors professional who wants to produce beautiful spaces and see your ideas come to life, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients in the showroom and in their homes to understand their lifestyle, vision, and budget.
Design inspiring, well-considered kitchens and interior spaces using Winner CAD software (2–3 years kitchen design experience required).
Carry out on-site surveys to ensure every design is accurate, practical, and perfectly planned.
Present concepts and quotations in a confident, engaging, and professional manner.
Work closely with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly.
Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer
Confident using Winner CAD or similar kitchen design software.
Experience carrying out site surveys and producing accurate, detailed designs.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
A genuine passion for interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces that clients love.
