Warehouse Operative North West

LOCATION IS NORTH WEST - KELSALL / TARPORLEY AREA CW POSTCODE - CHESHIRE

Meridian business support is recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives for an online retailer based near Tarporley on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be working Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8am-5pm with an hourly rate of £12.71

As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a team of other Warehouse and Yard Operatives with a variety of duties which will include heavy lifting of furniture.

Duties as below:

Unloading of 40ft shipping containers (Full of furniture) decanting into the warehouse
Picking furniture from the warehouse ready to load on 3.5 tonne vans
Load the vans, securing the furniture in place
Picking furniture for Amazon PRIME, DPD and their 3rd Party delivery partner
Labelling the furniture and loading onto their delivery partners' vans
General warehousing duties, def ragging and creating space
Unloading of returning vehicles from delivery runs
Sorting Returns
Light repairs to returned stock
Readying items for sale on eBaySkills and Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or Yard Operative
Good knowledge of warehouse activities including picking, dispatch and returnImmediate start ! Weekly pay !
