CNC Operator –Manual Milling Experience
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Location: Marston Green
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator with strong milling experience to join a precision engineering environment. This role is ideal for a skilled individual who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating manual milling machines to produce high-precision components
Setting up and adjusting machinery and tooling where required
Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts meet specification
Carrying out in-process inspection using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges
Making manual adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and accuracy
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
Ensuring machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working area
Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)
