Full Stack Developer – Java / Spring Boot / AWS

Location: Onsite (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring, and cloud technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, hands-on experience with modern development practices, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications and microservices

* Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot

* Develop responsive frontend components and integrate with RESTful APIs

* Work with cloud-native architectures and deploy applications on Amazon Web Services

* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

* Apply strong engineering judgment to solve complex business and technical problems

* Leverage AI-assisted developer tools to improve development productivity and code quality

* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong full stack development experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot

* Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems

* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

* Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript

* Good understanding of databases, data analysis, and data-driven applications

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices

* Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
