Shifts: 3 shift Rotating weekly – 6:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–10:00pm & 10pm till 6am

Are you a reliable and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Production Operatives to operate and mind extrusion machinery in our busy Hereford facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with team members on a rotating shift pattern
Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to work rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and team-working skills
