We're an established and growing business based in LE18, currently seeking a Mortgage Case Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support mortgage advisers and deliver a seamless experience for clients.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting mortgage advisers with application processing from submission to completion

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress applications efficiently

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations

Managing diaries, chasing updates, and keeping all parties informed

General admin duties to help keep everything running smoothly

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience in mortgage administration, financial services, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident communicator with a professional, proactive approach

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

A team player who enjoys being part of a small, supportive office culture
