We're recruiting a Clerical Officer to join a busy, supportive team in Armagh on a 4-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, onsite administrative role with a strong focus on data entry and application processing. You'll be responsible for reviewing applications for financial support towards school meals and uniforms, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and processed in line with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

High-volume data entry and processing of applications
Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness
Updating internal systems and maintaining records
Handling sensitive information with care
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Strong IT skills and confidence using systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Organised and able to work in a busy environment
