A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Warranty Manager to join a leading power supply company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QMS (e.g. CAQ, APQP, PDM)
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and industry standards
Lead internal/external audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvements
Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliers
Act as main customer contact for technical queries and warranty claims
Manage full lifecycle of complaints from intake to closure
Assess warranty claims in line with policy
Coordinate investigations and draft technical responses
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
Maintain accurate reporting (cost of quality, complaint metrics, etc.)
Attend customer/site meetings as required
Drive CI initiatives across quality and aftersales
Use customer feedback and performance data to improve processes
Lead cross-functional projects to reduce defects, returns, and inefficienciesBeneficial Skills / Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience
Background in Quality / Aftersales / Customer Support within manufacturing
Experience working with transformers / switchgear / power supply
Strong knowledge of QMS tools (CAQ, APQP, PDM)
Six Sigma / Lean / TQM certification
Expert knowledge of ISO standards and compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, organised, and hands-on problem-solver
ERP/MRP experience (MS Dynamics desirable)
Full UK driving licenceAdditional Details:
