Workshop Controller

Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealership in Wembley, is actively seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a dedicated technical team within a prestigious dealership environment. Oversee and control the workflow of the technical team
Allocate jobs efficiently to Technicians and manage job progress
Ensure the smooth running of the workshop operations
Manage customer expectations both onsite and via telephone
Check vehicles onto the site, manage loan vehicle allocations, and record work details on the system
Maintain and print job cards, monitor progress of all jobs
Workshop Controllers liaise with customers throughout the service process to ensure high service standardsRequirements of a Workshop Controller:

Previous automotive workshop controller experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Proactive approach to customer service standards
Full and clean driving licence
