About the Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key commercial role across a range of RC frame and cut & carve developments throughout London.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts, cost reporting and final accounts.
* Working closely with project and operational teams to maximise commercial performance across multiple schemes.
* Assisting with procurement and subcontract package management.
* Supporting the delivery of complex structural and refurbishment packages within tight project programmes.
* Producing accurate financial forecasts and reports for senior management.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
* Experience working on RC frame, structural, demolition, cut & carve or specialist subcontract packages.
* Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred.
