About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely alongside the kitchen design team, supporting the coordination and delivery of bespoke kitchen projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team with the coordination of kitchen projects from initial enquiry through to completion

Liaise with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Assist with preparing quotations, orders, and project documentation

Coordinate delivery schedules and installation timelines

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process

Ensure all administration and project details are managed accurately and efficiently

Support showroom operations and assist designers where required

Requirements / Skills:

Previous experience in a design coordination, project coordination, or administrative role within KBB/interiors preferred

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach

Experience using CAD software or design systems would be advantageous
