Our client is a growing business based in Elstree, delivering high-quality services to companies across a variety of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join there team.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential new clients
* Generate leads through cold calling and targeted outreach
* Promote services to decision-makers
* Qualify prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team
* Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
* Support smooth client onboarding and aftercare
* Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
About You
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
* Previous experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, or customer service is beneficial
