Head Chef

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established golf club in Hornsea.

Position Details:

Location: Hornsea
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends)
Pay: Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations and daily food service
Plan and develop menus suitable for members and events
Manage stock, ordering, and food costs
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance
Deliver consistent, high-quality meals and presentation
Use locally sourced produce where possibleRequirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
