Temporary Team Leader – Food Production (MUST HAVE FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE)
Liverpool- L33 - Must be able to get to site as public transport is limited.
Up to £16.82 per hour
Typical hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility Required)
Start Date: End of May

Aspired Talent are currently recruiting for a Temporary Team Leader to support a busy food production site in Liverpool.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring previous food production experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to support day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and motivating production teams across shifts
Supporting daily production targets and operational efficiency
Overseeing machine operations, including vessel work
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
Assisting with shift coordination and staffing requirements
Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
Requirements:
Previous experience within a food production/manufacturing environment
Strong team leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of food industry compliance and hygiene standards
Flexible approach to working hours and operational demands
Ability to manage shifts and support production processes effectively
