Overview
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting a key UK site of ~900 employees. This is a hands-on, strategic role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead organisational design, restructuring, and large-scale change programmes
Partner with leaders to drive culture, engagement, and performance
Develop leadership capability and support high-performing teams
Deliver talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
Manage employee and industrial relations, including union engagement
Use data and insights to shape HR strategy and business decisionsWhat We're Looking For

Proven HR generalist experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong background in UK restructuring and change management
Experience working with unions and handling ER/IR matters
Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
Data-driven with strong commercial awarenessOpportunity
