Team Leader - Rising Three Year Old Class

Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and nurturing Team Leader to join our Early Years team from September 2026.

This role involves working alongside a class teacher within our rising three-year-old class, supporting children in a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

Salary

£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Dependent on qualifications and experience

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm

School Holidays

The position includes generous holiday entitlement:

Two weeks off at the end of August
Two weeks off at Christmas
One week off at Easter

Are you a Team Leader Who:

Has strong Early Years experience?
Is confident leading and supporting a classroom team?
Has excellent communication and organisational skills?
Is passionate about child development and learning through play?
Creates a positive and caring environment for young children?

The Successful Team Leader Candidate Will:

Work collaboratively with the class teacher
Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities
Help maintain a safe, happy, and stimulating classroom environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
