Mid/ Senior Creative Designer

I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Mid/Senior Designer on behalf of a well established commercial interiors and workplace fit out company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all round designer who can confidently lead and run projects from concept through to delivery. The role is suited to someone with a creative background who is comfortable working directly with clients, managing design processes and driving projects forward within a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will not necessarily be heavily technical but must be fully proficient in Revit and capable of overseeing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead workplace and commercial office design projects
Manage projects from concept through delivery
Client facing meetings and presentations
Space planning and workplace strategy
Coordination with wider delivery and consultant teams
Design development and material selection
Support project delivery throughout construction phases
Requirements:

Experience within commercial workplace interiors / office fit out
Strong project running capability
Revit proficiency is essential
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Creative design background
Ability to work autonomously within a fast paced environment
Candidates from both D&B contractors and consultancy/interior design backgrounds will be considered.
