Prospero Teaching are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Cambridge. The school is looking for a proactive, patient, and supportive individual who can work with students across a range of abilities and needs.
📌 CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Cambridge
Position - Graduate Teaching Assistant
Type of work - Classroom support & intervention
Start date - ASAP
Duration - Ongoing / Long‑term
Full time/part‑time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30/4:00 pm
📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in any subject
Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (desirable)
A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child‑barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional or character references
