Apex Resources Limited are on the Lookout for a Bulk Earthworks Site Supervisor with a NWRSA Ticket in Inverness, IV4
As a supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate earthworks activities on-site, including excavation, grading, compaction, and related operations. Ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, environmental regulations, and quality standards you roll will be critical to delivering projects on time while maintaining site integrity and supporting the company’s mission and values.
Experience in working with GPS controlled plant & equipment is preferred but training will be given

* Ensure safe and compliant execution of earthworks operations.
* Minimises environmental impact through responsible site management.
* Supports timely project delivery by coordinating resources and resolving site issues.
* Enhance quality and durability of foundational works, reducing long-term maintenance risks.
* Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to foster collaboration
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Coordination of plant, labour, and materials to meet project milestones.
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3, CSCS Gold Card, and SSSTS certification are essential; CPCS plant qualification is highly desirable.
* The ability to provide clear, confident, and authoritative instructions.
* A proactive and positive approach to health and safety always.
* Communication effectively and professionally across all levels of the organisation.
* A flexible and adaptable attitude toward changing work requirements.
* Exhibits excellent time management, punctuality, and a willingness to work additional hours when required.
* People who can work in remote areas
* NWRSA Ticket is Required
