The Role
In this Maths lead role, you will lead a dynamic department ideally with the ability to teach from KS3 -KS5. This role represents an exciting opportunity to guide and inspire this talented team, and act as a coach and mentor and be part of the induction for ECTS.
You will:
Shape and develop a curriculum that promotes: Critical thinking, Cultural awareness Ethical understanding, Respect for diverse perspectives
Guide a committed team of educators who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Drive academic excellence and student personal development across all key stages
Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environmentPerson Specification
An experienced middle leader or an ambitious teacher ready for a step up
Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong background in Mathematics

Committed to inclusion, academic success, and holistic student growth(QTS required / Leadership training desirable although not essential)
