We are looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our Supported Housing team in Bristol. This role is key to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming accommodation for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare void properties for new residents
* Maintain communal areas, kitchens, and shared spaces
* Remove waste and carry out basic health & safety and sharps checks
* Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly
* Follow COSHH procedures and company policies
* Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and contractors
About You
* Previous cleaning experience in residential, communal, or supported housing settings
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable using apps or IT systems to report issues
* Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence required
