£38,800 - £48,800 Basic Salary + Bonus + £2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Mercedes qualification required for hire banding)

We're working with a premium automotive retailer who are expanding their workshop team in Beaconsfield and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians across multiple levels. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring first-time fixes and an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality, and precision.

Salary Levels (Depending on Experience):

Service & Maintenance Technician: £38,800
Qualified Systems Technician: £41,800
Qualified Diagnostic Technician: £43,800
Senior Diagnostic Technician: £48,800
Plus £1,000 sign-on bonus (month 1) + £1,000 (month 13)
Now trialling weekend closures (no Saturday or Sunday working)What We're Looking For

NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Automotive
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
Experience with Mercedes-Benz (desirable but not essential)What's on Offer
