Morning Shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm

Metalis are currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business and are looking to recruit an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator on a permanent basis due to continued growth and increased workload.

Job Duties:

Setting and operating press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal to specification
Working from engineering drawings to produce accurate components
Fabricating sheet metal parts using hand tools and various tooling
Welding and grinding components where required
Performing measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy of bends and angles
Assembling fabricated parts into finished products
Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentJob Requirements:

Previous experience setting and operating press brake machinery - essential
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience working with sheet metal fabrication
Welding and grinding experience beneficial
Good mathematical ability for measurements and calculations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethicShifts & Salary:

Morning Shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm
Full-time, permanent position
