One of London’s most dynamic and innovative specialist fit out contractors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing estimating and pre-construction team based in London Bridge.
The company delivers high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London and has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and delivery. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within estimating and pre-construction while working on some of London’s most prestigious fit out projects.
Detail:
* Working closely with the Estimating Director and senior commercial team
* Assisting with the preparation of cost plans and tender submissions
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
* Pricing packages and analysing subcontractor quotations
* Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries
* Supporting value engineering exercises
* Assisting with budgets, procurement, and commercial reporting
* Occasional visits to live projects and manufacturing facilities owned by the wider group
Requirements
* Previous experience within construction, interiors, or fit out
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role preferred
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a growing business
