£65k - £75k Annual
Full-Time
This is a transformational role offering the opportunity to shape and evolve the Safety Management System, create new processes, and directly influence the future direction of safety and compliance within a UK CAA and EASA-regulated organisation.
The position carries responsibility for regulatory compliance across Production and/or Maintenance approvals, with Design Organisation exposure beneficial but not essential. You will take ownership of the Safety Management System (SMS), lead engagement with regulatory authorities, and ensure continued airworthiness and effective occurrence management across the business.

You will bring a strong working knowledge of Part 21 and/or Part 145 requirements, proven leadership within a regulated aerospace environment, and the credibility to represent the organisation directly with the CAA and EASA. Lead Auditor qualification is required. Investigation experience (e.g. MEDA or equivalent) would be advantageous.

Have operated as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality/compliance leadership role within a regulated environment
