The Role:
Our client is seeking skilled Mechanical Engineers to join their engineering team in Ipswich. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and ready for service.

Key Duties:
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, servicing, and parts replacement
* Accurately identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections
* Use diagnostic equipment and handheld devices where required
* Attend roadside breakdowns and assist with vehicle recovery
About You:
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Experience with HGV, PSV, or similar vehicles preferred
* Candidates from other engineering sectors or ex-Forces backgrounds considered
* Full UK driving licence required
* PCV licence desirable (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Flexible approach to shift work
