Operations Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Basildon
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a key role within the business, supporting the operations team to ensure everything runs efficiently day-to-day.
The Role:
Working as part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the operations function, helping manage processes, communication, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operational activities across the business
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Prepare and update reports and operational documentation
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and field-based staff
* Monitor deadlines to ensure work is completed on time
* Assist with scheduling and planning nationwide works
* Act as a key point of contact for technicians and operational teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administration or operations support role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Knowledge of UK geography (desirable but not essential)
