HGV Yard Shunter Driver - Raunds

We’re currently recruiting for experienced Shunter Driver to work with a well-established logistics company based in Raunds, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for ongoing, full-time work.

As a Shunter Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

* Completing trailer swaps around the yard

* Operating curtain-side or Box trailers, depending on the load

* Ensuring all internal paperwork is completed

* Maintaining professional standards at all times

* High standard of safe systems of work

Hours & Pay for Yard shunt driver:

* Start Times: Shifts 1.00am - Finish

* Days: Monday to Friday

* Shift Length: 8-10 Hours

* Pay Rates: £19.08 P/H

* Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements:

* Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence Or Tug Licence

* Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

* Experience with curtain-side trailers preferred

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
