Location: Bromsgrove & Worcester
Pay: £140 - £220 Per day (Based on experience)

Smile Education is recruiting passionate and committed SEN Teachers for a range of specialist schools across Bromsgrove and Worcester.

We are seeking experienced SEN professionals who can support pupils with Autism, SEMH, Severe Learning Difficulties, communication needs and complex behaviours within nurturing educational environments.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons adapted to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with additional educational and emotional needs.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Create structured and supportive classroom environments.
• Track and monitor pupil development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
