JOB DESCRIPTION:

Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance. Our client is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a mobile basis in Darlington (covering 2 sites). This role will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.

This role will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance

 Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment

 Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and testing.

Carrying out work safely and efficiently

Building relationships with customers on site

 Air Handling Units

 Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes.

 Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment. Including F-Gas.

 Control systems

Requirements for the role

Experienced Air Conditioning engineer

 Multi Skilled

Fgas
