All Square Recruitment are looking for focused Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer known for high-performance in Chelmsford, Essex. We are recruiting this role on a temp to perm basis.
This role is based in a clean, modern production environment and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision-based assembly work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing and assembling small, intricate parts to exact specifications.
* Using various hand tools to complete assembly tasks at a dedicated workbench.
* Ensuring all components are handled with care and meet strict quality standards.
* Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
* A proactive approach and the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive, detailed tasks.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a tidy environment.
Full training and induction will be provided.

8am till 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
8am till 15:30pm on Friday
