Purpose of the Role
You will take the lead in planning, developing, commissioning, and maintaining high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems across the facility. Working closely with the Operations & Maintenance team, you'll ensure equipment is safe, compliant, and operating at optimum performance, taking a hands-on approach to fault finding, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.

Ensure new and upgraded systems are effectively handed over to the O&M team with relevant training. Contractor & Budget Management

Prepare annual electrical budgets including running costs and future investment.
Manage contractor activities across site, ensuring safe, compliant work delivery.
Research and recommend cost-effective technical solutions. Operational Support

Provide rapid response to plant breakdowns, working collaboratively to restore operations.
Ensure life safety systems—including gas detection, fire alarms, sprinklers and emergency lighting—are maintained to standard.
Maintain a consistent, fair approach when supporting shift personnel. Experience & Skills Experience
