Job: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coatbridge
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 3-week rotation – days/backs/nights

A well-established manufacturing business in Coatbridge area is looking to recruit an Maintenance Engineer to strengthen its engineering team. This is a busy, fast-paced production environment where reliability and quick fault-finding really matter, so they’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping machinery running.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced maintenance team, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site services.

Key responsibilities include:

* Responding to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault finding

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime

* Working on a range of production and process machinery

* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures

What We’re Looking For

* Time-served Maintenance Engineer or equivalent qualification

* Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

* A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team
