Children'S Residential Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for experienced and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our Children’s Residential Service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Role Details

* Full-time hours available

* Shift pattern: 8am – 11pm sleep-in – 8am – 11pm

* 2:1 support with young person

* Male or Female applicants welcome

* Driving licence essential

Essential Requirements

* Level 3 Qualification in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)

* Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a children’s residential setting

* Experience supporting children and young people with EBD

* Reliable, compassionate, and resilient approach

* Ability to work flexible shift patterns
