Parts Advisor - Commercial Vehicle
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with commercial vehicle parts knowledge looking for a secure, long-term career opportunity? Salary: Circa £40,000 basic + Bonus + Pension + 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) + Free onsite parking.
The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting customers, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the parts department. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on commercial vehicle parts and accessories.
Process, manage, and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Make proactive customer calls to provide updates and support ongoing requirements.
Ensure customer records and internal systems are kept fully up to date.Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
Strong commercial vehicle product knowledge and customer service skills.
Confident communicator with strong organisational ability.
