An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Survey Manager to join a growing and innovative surveying business delivering high-quality land and measured building survey solutions across the UK.

Survey Manager - Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a range of topographical, land and measured building survey projects.
Lead, mentor and support a team of surveyors across both field and office operations.
Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with client expectations.
Support project planning, scheduling and client communication.
Oversee survey data processing, QA procedures and equipment management.
Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new survey technologies and workflows.
Survey Manager - Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience within land, topographical or measured building surveying.
Previous experience leading survey teams and managing projects.
Strong understanding of industry-standard survey software and data processing workflows.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Motivated, proactive and quality-focused approach to work.
