Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home
We’re looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in residential homes.
You’ll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities – creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
What we’re looking for:

NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
*
Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
*
Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children.
*
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
*
Experience with children or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
*
Driving licence preferred.
We offer:

Excellent pay rates plus supplements for sleep-ins/overtime.

Flexible hours and supportive team environment.

Ongoing training and clear career progression.
