Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching in Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and motivate students of all abilities
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies
Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics curriculum
Support students in achieving outstanding examination results
Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
Person Specification
The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have a strong academic background in Business, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
Have the ability to inspire and engage students
Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
Show strong organisational and communication skills
