We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ealing from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a rewarding school environment.
Pay: £520 – £560 per week
Location: Ealing
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time

Main Duties
Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assisting children with their learning, development, and engagement
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive environment
Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson activities
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
Passionate about education and supporting young learners
Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable
