What You'll Be Doing
As the Junior HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of HR administration
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
- Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
- Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
- Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including long-term sickness
- Responding to day-to-day queries from managers and employees
- Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
- Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast-paced environment

This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days will be the same.
