Production / Warehouse Supervisor
We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Supervisor to join our client’s busy operation based in Highbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfilment environment who is either already working in a supervisory position or looking to take the next step into a leadership role.
This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day operations, help coordinate workloads, and ensure high standards are maintained across productivity, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse / production operations
* Coordinating workloads and allocating duties across teams effectively
* Monitoring productivity and quality standards to ensure targets are achieved
* Supporting and motivating team members within a fast-paced environment
* Assisting with training and onboarding of new staff
* Promoting safe working practices and maintaining health & safety standards
* Identifying areas for improvement and supporting operational efficiency
* Assisting with KPI tracking and operational reporting where required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience within a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfilment environment
* Existing team leader / supervisory experience would be beneficial, but not essential
* Candidates looking to progress into a Supervisor role are strongly encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
